At Texel Zoo you won't get bored! You will find more than 40 different kinds of animals and 500 birds! The birds live in their own exotic garden, while you walk through it they fly around freely. Come and meet the meerkats, prairie dogs, monkeys, owls, birds of prey and the many beautiful butterflies.

Bird of Prey Show

During the birds of prey show you will get the chance to see the beautiful and impressive birds up close. While the falconer tells you all sorts of things about these animals, the birds fly around freely.

At Texel Zoo, animal welfare is the most important thing. The natural habitat is imitated as much as possible, biotopes are created with animals that also live together in the wild.
