48 super-de-luxe, sustainable villas are being constructed at Villa Park De Koog. All villas will have underfloor heating, a designer fireplace, a sauna and a large smart TV. We have also paid attention to privacy, as all bedrooms have en suite bathrooms! The four-person and six-person villas can also be joined together to form an eight-person or twelve-person villa. If you want something even more exclusive, you can book the six-person villa with a private pool and steam room for the ultimate wellness experience.
Introductory discount
During the first phase we will be working on the completion of the second phase. For this reason, an introductory discount of 20% will apply during the first phase. Phase 1 is expected to be ready from July 2019 and Phase 2 is expected to be finished by April 2020. This means that a limited number of villas will be available for rent in the first phase.
