N.V. Exploitatiemaatschappij De Krim is the head of a group of companies, which includes: De Krim Texel BV, Vakantiepark De Krim Texel BV, De Texelse Golfbaan BV, Hoogelandt BV, Molenbos BV, Texelcampings BV and Villapark De Koog BV. The management of N.V. Exploitatiemaatschappij De Krim consists of a Supervisory Board and a Management Board with four directors.
During the annual General Meeting of Shareholders, the Management Board and Supervisory Board are accountable for the policy pursued. They inform the shareholders about the business development and the shareholders can raise specific matters.
The Supervisory Board of N.V. Exploitatiemaatschappij De Krim consists of 6 persons. The Supervisory Board has a supervisory and advisory role. The supervisory board members are appointed by the shareholders. The Supervisory Board takes a critical look at topics such as strategy, finances, personnel, market developments, etc. together with the Management Board.
Audit Committee
The Audit Committee supports the Supervisory Board in assessing the reliability of the financial reporting of N.V. Exploitatiemaatschappij De Krim, compliance with requirements in terms of legislation and regulations, and the independence and performance of the internal and external accountants. Considering its scope and complexity, De Krim does not have a separate audit function. To guarantee a stable auditing framework, external expertise is also called upon (advisory and auditing accountant) in addition to internal expertise.

The Supervisory Board consists of (from left to right): Niels Kossen, Pieter Siebinga, Kees den Ouden (vice-chair), Erwin van der Linde, Cindy van Atteveldt and Dirk van der Beek (chair).
The four-person Management Board consists of managing director Iwan Groothuis, commercial director Jolanda Kamphuis, operational director Corrie Setz and financial director Bart van Tongeren. The Management Board leads the management team, which is occupied with various operations and staff departments.
