WAVES festival
WAVES takes place annually. Next to various water sports competitions, such as the famous "Ronde om Texel", Foil Windsurf and Kitesurf competitions, numerous other activities are organised in which everyone can participate. Take a (wind)surfing lesson, learn supping, relax during a yoga class and enjoy the summervibes during various performances.

Texelaar, double Olympic and world champion Dorian van Rijselberghe is the inventor of the WAVES festival. This long weekend is all about music and sports. You can also come for the music, honest food or to be away from it all. From enjoying food to sailing, it's all possible, because WAVES is for everyone!
