You will receive a preliminary confirmation. Once payment is received in full, you will receive final confirmation.

Within 14 days after booking, your booking can be cancelled free of charge, but only if your date of arrival is not (yet) within 28 days. It is not possible to cancel a reservation that was made 28 days or less before your arrival. 

Starting from 14 days after creating your reservation, the costs of cancellation is as follows:
- over three months before starting date 15% of the agreed upon price
- within three to two months before starting date 50% of the agreed upon price
- within two to one month before starting date 75% of the agreed upon price
- within one month before starting date 90% of the agreed upon price
- On the day of starting date 100% of the agreed upon price. 

In addition, you will pay a €28.90 cancellation fee.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance, or to participate in the cancellation fund. Read the terms and conditions here. If you completed your payment with a recreation voucher, the travel sum will be repaid as a recreation voucher as well.

Contact the booking department on +31 (0)222 390 112. They will check whether everything is okay with your booking, after which a new booking confirmation will be sent to you.

After payment of the deposit or full payment, we charge for booking changes.

We will send you a new booking confirmation following the change.

If you are staying on Texel and you want to shorten your camping holiday due to bad weather, you can make use of the Good Weather Guarantee. The number of booked days that you no longer make use of will be credited to you. If you make a booking for the same campsite later in the season, you can use the credit. 

Please note that the Good Weather Guarantee only applies when you are already staying at the campsite and you cannot use the credit for bookings with stays in July and August. Read more about the Good Weather Guarantee.

Cancellations can only be made by e-mail with reference to the reservation number and the reason for cancellation.

Yes, you will receive confirmation of your booking cancellation by post if there is a settlement or set-off. If you have not yet made payment or you are refunded the entire amount then no confirmation will be sent.

If unforeseen circumstances prevent you from going on your holiday or force you to end it prematurely, the cancellation insurance scheme will provide financial peace of mind.
